Description: Selected bunches of exactly ripened Grey Pinot grapes, processed into white wine, result in a vivid, teasing, harmonic and well balanced hay yellow wine of spicy but refined mustard and nutmeg aroma, mineral, warm and full-bodied, rigorous and with a lingering finish.
